for - X-Culture Global Virtual Team Program
role - Team Leader, Art Direction, Designer
problem - Through the X-Culture international business program facilitated by Marquette University, students in global teams create an international expansion strategy for a selected business through the creation of social media promotional material, market analysis, new product pricing structures, & direct mail outreach marketing. My group selected Differ.Chat, a university chatting app created in Norway that wanted assistance in entering a new market & needed new promotional material to do so.  
solution - I took it upon myself in this project to create within our 27-page final, all but not limited to: the executive summary, new market analysis, competitor research & profiling, new pricing structures, & direct mail outreach marketing as well as all promotional materials seen below. Materials include a social media post, in-app icon designs, logo re-design, & print poster/digital mailing letter designs to be attached during the outreach trial period. Differ.Chat had the foundation of good branding, they simply needed a fresh approach through this project to see how they could change direction in a new market.
